At Tempo & Time, we recognise that not only is the initial cost of a luxury watch often high, but the aftercare, servicing and repair costs can also be expensive and prove an arduous task. However, servicing your watch means it’ll not only keep time and look its best, but it can help avoid expensive repairs down the line and increase the value of your timepiece.
Using our network of highly experienced and accredited watchmakers, we offer an aftercare service of the highest quality that is simple, fast and affordable. In many instances, we’re able to service your watch up to 40% cheaper, and six times faster than a manufacturer.
We are able to repair, polish, refurbish and service almost all luxury watch brands – be it a vintage piece that needs a full overhaul or a modern watch that needs a simple tune-up. We also have an extensive network of component suppliers worldwide, allowing us to source parts for even the rarest of models.
All watches that undergo a full service are returned with a 12-month mechanical warranty.

STEP 1
Contact us via email or telephone with details of your watch, its malfunction and provide photos if possible.
STEP 2
Arrange an appointment for us to examine the watch or send it to us via post or courier.
STEP 3
We will then work with one of our accredited watchmakers, who will run diagnostics and recommend solutions for any malfunctions.
STEP 4
We will provide you with a quote for the work and, where possible, options of the extent of servicing required.
STEP 5
Once the service has been completed and the watch passes testing, we organise a pick up or ship the watch directly back to you.
