OUR STORY
We launched Tempo & Time in 2015 with some savings and a wrist-full of watches from our own collections. As two self confessed watch obsessive brothers, we set out to create a bespoke, highly personalised and authoritative pre-owned luxury watch company that prides itself on providing exceptional customer service.
Tempo & Time quickly built a strong reputation for sourcing and selling exceptional pre-owned timepieces, and providing a knowledgeable, balanced and personal service.
We understand that a pre-owned luxury watch is a highly considered, deeply personal purchase, so we want to make every encounter you have with us special. We know it’s often the small things that make the difference, and we pride ourselves on understanding your needs and going that extra mile to create individual experiences that you will love, for life.
We are genuine, honest and open and thrive on nurturing long term relationships based on trust and integrity. We carry out detailed background checks to establish the item’s provenance and authenticity.

JONATHAN TUTTON
Co-Founder
Jonathan has a long standing interest in all things watch related that stretches back to his teenage years when he saved up to buy his first luxury timepiece; an Omega Speedmaster.
Prior to founding Tempo & Time, Jonathan held lead communication roles in both the public and private sectors; firstly for HM Treasury, followed by a career with one of the world’s largest commercial property companies.
He then decided to pursue his passion for horology. With a diverse taste in timepieces he can often be found wearing anything from a vintage sports Rolex to a limited edition Panerai or a newly released Audemars Piguet.
MATTHEW SOUTHWELL
Non-Executive Director
Matthew’s remit is to provide Tempo & Time with strategic direction and tactical nous.
He became involved with the company soon after its inception, and has seen it grow from a simple watch trading business to one of the most trusted watch specialists, accessory resellers, and luxury timepiece service providers in the South East.
Prior to working with Tempo & Time, Matthew spent more than two decades in media, running businesses in Dubai, and working across the UK and Australia.

Marketing & Operations Director
Jenny is a marketing professional, starting her career at an advertising agency and quickly moving client side into an in-house marketing department. Jenny has worked in the property industry for 15 years, where she has been involved in all elements of marketing. She has a wealth of experience in this field, but a desire to try something new led her happily to Tempo & Time.
Jenny has only ever worn one luxury timepiece – her beloved Cartier Santos that has not left her wrist for a decade. However, within 3 months of working at Tempo & Time she added a Rolex to her collection!
LISA BLACK
Client Manager
Lisa is the newest member to join Tempo & Time, and as Client Manager, she supports Jonathan in looking after our clients from all around the world.
Lisa brings with her over 30 years of client services (and sales) experience. She has worked globally in advertising, training & wealth creation industries supporting clients, entrepreneurs, business owners and investors alike.
Her clients include Maserati, Adam & Eve, Dyson and John Lewis.
Lisa is also a Cartier Santos girl but of course she is in the perfect place to be eagerly looking for her next purchase.
HANNAH NAJI
Marketing Consultant
As a brand and marketing professional, Hannah is responsible for advising Tempo & Time on its communications strategy, CRM, digital and social media strategies.
Prior to Tempo & Time, Hannah worked with Jaguar Land Rover in the Middle East and North Africa; numerous hospitality firms including Ròya International, Forte Grand and JW Marriott; and set up Impact Porter Novelli where she consulted to multiple watch brands, including Harry Winston, Panerai, IWC, and Baume & Mercier.
