A rarer sight in the wild than the Submariner, the Sea Dweller has very similar aesthetic appeal to the Sub but with the addition of even more impressive technical specifications. It is a true diving tool in all respects and has an incredible water resistance depth of 4000 ft. It’s remarkable diving capability means it has a few visual differences from the Submariner, including a thicker sapphire crystal glass, 4mm thicker case and, of course, a helium escape valve on the side of the case. The 16600 model is also a decommissioned watch, and as a result good examples are becoming harder to find with prices rising steadily.
This ‘No lug hole’ Seadweller is in excellent condition all over, it has clearly been well loved by its original owner. It has no dents or dinks, the glass is spotless and the bracelet is nice strong.
What it comes with:
The watch comes with a new style large original Rolex box, leather wallet, booklet, swing tag and papers (dated 2007). It also comes with Rolex service papers from 2012.
