Rolex GMT Master II ‘Fat Lady’
Out of stock
Introduced in 1983, the 16760 was the first GMT Master ii model. Famously, the case of the 16760 is thicker than other GMT models. In addition, the bezel is slightly wider and the crown guard bigger. This all led to the watch being nicknamed the ‘Fat Lady’. The 16760 was also the first GMT Master to use the black and red ‘coke’ bezel. It is very hard to find good examples of there Fat Lady these days and as a result they are highly collectable and rising in price rapidly.
The watch is in excellent condition all over and was serviced in 2018 by Rolex and hasn’t been worn since. It still has Rolex service stickers attached. Please note, the watch is fitted to a Rolex 93150 Oyster bracelet, which is nice and tight. It has also had a new bezel fitted by Rolex. The hands and markers are starting to develop a lovely colour and will no doubt turn into a beautiful patina over time.
What it comes with:
The watch comes as a full set, including; box (inner/outer), swing tags, booklets, wallet, calendar and Rolex Service card (dated 2018).
